Preserving the Art of the Cacao Plant & Sound Bath

On Friday, June 21 on the Strawberry Moon, you are invited to learn about the beautiful story of the cacao plant and its multitude of benefits. Alicia Silva Flores of Jardín Bonita will share ceremonial grade cacao honoring the ancestral wisdom of indigenous traditions with gratitude accompanied by the vocals of Dhember Murray followed by a harmonious sound bath led by Liz Ramirez, Sound Practitioner.

This is a journey of deep respect, healing, and community; and an invitation to a lifestyle of mindfulness, connection, and self-discovery. 

Feel free to bring an item to share on our communal altar, which will be returned after the event, and a blanket or yoga mat. 

No prior experience is necessary; all are welcome. We begin promptly at 6 PM.
